Job responsibilities
- • You shall provide PCS technical support (HW and SW) during the complete lifecycle of a project.
- • You shall provide technical support (L3-L4, includes 24/7 support) for internal and external customers during operation having SLAs with us.
- • Coordinating with local / regional technical support resources to clarify and support in solving technical issues
- • Ensuring a positive customer experience by giving them regular updates and clarification
- • Providing product technical training to internal and external customers and partners
- • Being responsible for final updated documentation
Qualification & Eligibility
- • Bachelor’s degree in electrical engineering
- • Minimum two years of Power Conversion System & Control system installation and commissioning
- • Knowledge on industrial communication protocols like IEC61850, IEC60870-101/104, Modbus, DNP3.0, Profibus;
- • Good knowledge about Control (PLC, Tus, etc.), Communications and PCS products
- • Ability to read, analyze and interpret electrical and mechanical drawings
- • Strong customer focus awareness, problem solving and consultation skills
- • Good English communication skills
- • Self-motivated, independent, organized and structured way of working.
- • Availability to travel globally up to 50% of the time
